Halloween Treat Idea

It’s that time of year again. The days are getting shorter, the leaves are changing colors and there is a cool crispness in the air. That means that Halloween is just around the corner. I actually saw this idea in the Stampin’ Up 2019 Holiday Catalog and thought that it was adorable, so I copied it and gave it my own twist! I made these as giveaways for a card class.

To make these fun little treats you will need the small bottles of juice or soda. Cut a tag base in bright Halloween colors and round the corners. This is a good project for using up scrap pieces of card stock and ribbon. I used the images and greetings from the Stampin’ Up Spooktacular Bash cling stamp set and stamped them on the tag base. Layer with a greeting, some black leaves and a scary monster face. Use your creativity and add the colorful assorted googly eyes, black ribbon or Monster Bash Enamel Shapes which can all be found in the Holiday Catalog.

The Monster Bash Designer Series Paper is so fun. So many cute “monster” images, magic potions, bats and more. I cut out some of the monster images to add to the tags. Punch a hole at the top of the tag to run a ribbon through. And that is all there is to it. This is such a fun, cute project, perfect for class treats or party favors.
