I love creating chickens, fences and pumpkins! So what can be better than a card that contains all three! Stampin’ Up has so many wonderful and fun products and they come out with new stuff several times a year… in fact their 2019 Holiday Catalog just premiered September 1st. It is also fun to combine some of the old with some of the new. In this cute Chicken Thanksgiving card I have done just that. I used a couple of retired products along with some current and new products to create this fun card.

To make the chicken I used these three old punches:
Just cut the ears off the owl body, the small hearts make great wattles and a scallop circle cut in half works awesome for feathered wings. To make the fence, ink up the raised side of the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder with Smoky Slate ink and emboss a piece of Whisper White card stock. Cut into 1/4” strips and build your fence! The pumpkins are three Stitched Shapes ovals that are layered together. Add a free-hand cut stem and leaves. Finish it off with a fall sentiment and some embellishments for a great card!
